Four year engineering degree required; BS in mechanical engineering preferred.Three years experience supporting manufacturing systems, equipment and processes required.Experience in many of the following manufacturing processes;production tooling, production optimization, fixture design, work station design, line layout and balancing, lead Kaizen process and experience working within OSHA and safety regulations.Lead cross-functional teams utilizing good project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to include written and verbal communications. Work experience should demonstrate problem solving skills.Six Sigma green belt or black belt helpful.Experience in heat exchanger products and processes a plus.Experience supporting a rapidly growing operation preferred.
